45ml 'The Queenslander' Vodka
1 egg white
15ml simple syrup
Juice of 1 lime
 
Dry shake vigorously for 3 minutes. Add ice and shake again, then double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Finish with 3 drops of ginger bitters.
