It is carefully distilled to highlight the essence of Juniper, capturing the purity and essence of this foundational gin botanical.We've added spruce to enliven the pine and delicate citrus notes of Juniper. Our '01' is a celebration of local flora. Inspired by Walter Hill's work with Queensland's native plants, this gin is infused with a selection of botanicals that are as vibrant and diverse as the state itself, reflecting the local character and Hill's horticultural expertise.
This gin recipe is derived from Queensland Dry, the most highly awarded Gin of Brisbane: A multiple double gold winner.

This gin recipe is derived from Strawberry Eucalyptus, the second most popular Gin of Brisbane.

Walter Hill was the first curator of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, serving from 1855 to 1881. A pioneering botanist and horticulturist, he was instrumental in introducing and cultivating a wide range of plants in Queensland, laying the foundation for botanical science and agriculture in the state. This gin is our nod to the purity of the water from the Enoggera Reservoir that flowed through the Walter Hill Fountain.
