A London Dry Style Gin with an extra twist of exotic citrus. For those who like a more traditional gin profile the 05 is for you - obviously we don't do boring gins, so we've slipped in a crate of our all time favourite citrus - YUZU - from the King Valley in Victoria.

Since this adds an extra botanical load to our normal flavour balance you will notice the terrific flavour of yuzu just popping above the well balanced backbone that we have created with the more standard botanical blend.
