'04' is the most intricate of the series. A complex spice gin, it has been aged in old maple syrup ex bourbon barrels, offering a unique, rich flavour profile. This gin symbolises the fusion of tradition and innovation, much like the Walter Hill Fountain, which blended practical utility with ornamental beauty.

Aged for 6 months in Ex bourbon Barrels that were previously used for Aging maple syrup! This gin makes an amazing Negroni with it's hugely complex spice, golden brown hue and delicious citrus aroma.
