Olive Seeds are a unique botanical extracted from within the stone of the olive, they deliver a delicious savouriness and together with the herbs, make for an excellent savoury cocktail spirit mixed with any vegetable based juices - or Tomato Juice for a Red Snapper (Bloody Mary with Gin). It's light floral aroma adds to the experience.
