To a shaker add 45ml of The Splice vodka
A single egg white, 15ml simple syrup
The juice of 1 lime.
Dry shake vigorously for 3 minutes.
Add ice and shake again, then double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Finish with 3 drops of ginger bitters.
Delicious… A cocktail that’s as uniquely Queensland as the vodka itself.
